The Human Resources Director (HRD) serves as an integral member of the executive leadership team. This role is responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with the Institute’s mission, vision and long-term goals. The HRD oversees all facets of human resources, including recruitment, training, workforce strategy and employee relations matters, while fostering collaboration across business units and maintaining confidentiality. This position is a driving force behind organizational culture, workforce performance and succession planning, ensuring the Institute remains agile in a dynamic environment. The HR Director reports to the Managing Director and advise on strategic workforce planning, talent development, labour-relations and organizational performance.

The Information Technology (IT) Director oversees the Institute’s technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking systems.

Estimate, analyze and interpret statistics relating to the social, demographic, economic, or environmental conditions of The Bahamas.
